Hi, my name is Maurita and I am a 32-year-old stay-at-home mom of three (two of which are step-sons).
My fiance Adam, and I are in the midst of planning our wedding for this summer, July 20th. Or should I say I am in the midst of planning our wedding 
At the same time I am also helping Adam with his business, volunteering at the boys’ school, and trying to start our own home-based business. Life is busy!
We live in Kelowna, British Columbia in a midsize house that backs onto a creek in a suburban neighborhood. We currently have no pets (all the fish died and our wonderful cat disappeared last summer) but we are working on rectifying that soon.
My hobbies include: exercising, decorating, fashion, playing the piano, having dinner parties, drinking wine (I love beer but beer and my stomach don’t get along too well so it’s saved for special occasions when I have sweatpants on and a large or camoflauging shirt), playing the guitar, reading, sewing, cooking, going to pubs and playing with my kids (last but definately not least).
I am very organized and have tendencies towards being a neatfreak. Mess and chaos do not sit well with me. I simply can’t relax in it. I have To Do lists galore and keep track of everything in Microsoft Outlook. It’s friggen’ fantastic! If I forget to put something in there……..
I have really wonderful friends who are always there for me when I need them most and a great extended family (mine and Adam’s siblings and parents).
I feel very lucky to have so much goodness in my life and to have met such an amazing man who is not only my closest friend (ok, and sometime’s enemy ) but also an incredible father.
